It's been a month since I started this new job. Alhamdulillah. I am very grateful to have a very good boss, able to teach me from start to finish how to do payroll. At first, I was nervous and stressed because I had no experience and for the first time, I have to manage employee's salary. I'm really scared because of people's salaries. That’s why at first I feel so stressed. But my boss kept telling me that you were still in the process of learning. Don't be too hard on yourself. I also don't expect you can catch up all in such a short time. Give yourself the opportunity to be exposed in HR management. First time I got a very good boss like this. Even different race with her. I'll try my best for this job if this job is the best for me. Insyaallah.
